Léa Petitfour is an international agro-development engineer and has been involved for the past ten years in the design, implementation and analysis of projects and programs in humanitarian and development contexts. She has worked in several international NGOs in West Africa, Central Africa and Haiti, where she has acquired an in-depth knowledge of multi-stakeholder dynamics, operational partnerships and organizational practices specific to each context. His experience covers a wide range of topics: agroecology, adaptation to climate change, agricultural and fisheries value chains, food and nutrition security. Familiar with qualitative and participatory approaches, she conducts field evaluations and organizational learning exercises, while supporting teams and partners in strengthening their skills. It is also engaged in professional training, particularly on the project methodology and the funding cycle. Her international background and her ability to articulate strategic vision and a detailed understanding of local realities make her a key resource for supporting organizations and designing adapted solutions.
